You are cordially invited to join us at the Pattern Language exhibit at Trustman Gallery by Maya Erdelyi who is showing new works and experiments in collage, 3-D drawings, animated objects, including a geodesic dome, a quilt-inspired mural, a paper mobile and more.
On Thursday, November 10, 6:30-8:30
Erdelyi invites Odeya Nina and BreakBread to ignite the space
Trustman Gallery, Simmons College
300 The Fenway, Boston, MA
4th floor, Main College Building
Enjoy a total sound immersion in the healing power of the human voice performed by the Los Angeles-based artist Odeya Nini. Open your body, heart and mind to journey in meditation to the healing sound waves of changing vibration, dynamic tone, melody, emotion and the powerful resonance of the voice.
Williams and Scilipote adapt their well-honed BreakBread process for Erdelyi’s Pattern Language exhibit. The conversation will spiral around a carefully crafted question focused on patterns and will include simple ceremonial aspects. We will be drinking from hand-crafted pottery cups made by local artist Jenn Wyman.
