We live in a world of growing fragmentation and disconnection – in our digital workplaces, communities, and families.

Let BreakBread World help you and your community… deepen connection, nourish relationship and grow together.

BreakBread for Remote Teams

We met as a large group in the beginning of our time together to set the stage. Then we broke out into three rooms of six for a meal and conversation around a prompt about “community,” a company value. We returned energized, connected and knowing each other so much more deeply.

This is for you if…

You are an organization who wants to build stronger, more emotionally invested teams that are devoted to the company and its values. Perhaps you’ve done off-site programs, you’ve done team lunches and team development, but this seems different. It seems deeper and slower and easily done with remote teams. It seems like it is exactly what is needed to grow a more connected, thriving culture.

The experience is flexible…

BreakBread can be experienced several ways: in person, online, with as little as 6 participants and as many as 1,000 participants. We also customize it to your unique needs.

BreakBread is best over time…

If you want to build a deep investment into the organization and create a culture of care, it takes time. Initial programs are typically 9 months..

Yet we invite you to start with a single BreakBread…

BreakBread Programs always start with a Single BreakBread usually with Organizational Leaders – igniting and engaging key leaders to imagine what’s possible with a larger ongoing program.

“People do not spring up from the soil like mushrooms. People need to be cared for and nurtured throughout their lives by other people.”
