Design & Facilitation
Inspire respect, connection and engagement
We help organizations focused on positive social missions by designing meaningful, effective conversation experiences and facilitating meetings, off-sites, dialogue and deliberation.
In a world riddled with division and distraction, gatherings, convenings, and meetings need – more than ever – to nurture the respect and care required to foster trust and meaningful connection.
BreakBread World designed and facilitated Tea and Conversation, a gathering at Trustman Gallery in Boston to deepen and catalyze attendees’ experiences at the opening of Pattern Language, an exhibit by visual artist Maya Erdelyi. Attendees participated in a facilitated conversation-based experience that called upon each individual’s life experience and inner wisdom to relate to and deepen their connection to the art. Rather than relying on curated explanations of how and what to think about the work, the inspired and enlivened conversations led participants to find their own paths into understanding and resonance that were as personal as they were paradoxically universal. Not your typical art opening!
