Inspire respect, connection and engagement

We design meaningful, effective conversation experiences and facilitate meetings, off-sites, and dialogues.

In a world riddled with division and distraction, more than ever – we need to come together in ways that nurture respect, care and trust.

Case Study

BreakBread World designed and facilitated Tea and Conversation, a gathering at Trustman Gallery in Boston to deepen and catalyze attendees’ experiences at the opening of  Pattern Language, an exhibit by visual artist Maya Erdelyi. Attendees participated in a facilitated conversation-based experience that called upon each individual’s life experience and inner wisdom to relate to and deepen their connection to the art. Rather than relying on curated explanations of how and what to think about the work, the inspired and enlivened conversations led participants to find their own paths into understanding and resonance that were as personal as they were paradoxically universal. Not your typical art opening!

People leave feeling energized, nourished, and connected with a heightened sense of respect, care and trust.

We design spaces that foster respect and make room for all voices where, through presence and creativity, people feel invited into connection, insight and belonging.

“A survey of over 3,000 individuals across 10 countries revealed that being respectful is not just helpful when addressing conflicts between groups; it’s also viewed as a critical leadership responsibility.”
